The aim of the Small Business Financing Handbook is to inform businesses on who, what, when and the conditions to get financial support for activities in the CEECs, so guiding small and micro entrepreneurs in understanding the real possibilities available of getting financial support by local, regional, national and European Institutions when investing, developing business and cooperation agreements with counterparts in the CEECs.
